About the role
The role is a combination of an Account Manager position in Finland and Estonia and a sales process development and implementation role in the Nordic countries.
As an Account Manager Orthotics for Finland and Estonia in Scandinavian sales team you will play a role being responsible for managing existing customer relationships and acquiring new clients in both countries. The role includes supporting our customers with high-quality advice and technical expertise focusing on our Neuro Orthotic product segment, contributing to increased product knowledge and user satisfaction. You will work closely with various healthcare stakeholders, building strong connections across different sectors.
You will also contribute to a sales process development of our custom fabricated solutions and support our Scandinavian sales team with the implementation of the process in all Nordic countries.
Our Offer
The position is a full time permanent position with placement either in a home based office or in one of our offices in Finland. Working hours are variable and travel within the Nordic region is part of the job. Start date is set by agreement.

About you
You have a healthcare-related education and preferably experience in sales. Previous experience of more than five years in the field of medical devices or rehabilitation is advantageous. You are proactive, results-driven, and enjoy building strong relationships with clients and partners. You are comfortable with travel and thrive in an independent role while still being a valuable part of a collaborative team. You are fluent in English and have good computer skills. You are an outgoing and driven person who is easily building and maintaining good customer relationships. You plan, organize and prioritize your work while meeting deadlines.
